Twelve weeks.
One start line.
Your whole crew.

Hyrox programming, built backwards: tell us your race date and Race Lab builds the cycle back from it — base, build, peak, taper — with a focus track for whatever's holding you back, and a shared benchmark every week so your crew trains together.

Three questions. Twelve weeks.

  1. When's your next race?

The first thing we ask. Fourteen weeks out or four — the plan anchors to the date, and the taper lands on race week. No race yet? Start now, attach one later, and the plan re-maps.

  2. What's holding you back?

Pick the shared Hybrid Standard track, or attack a weakness: engine, strength, sled power, wall balls & burpees, grip & carries. Five sessions a week, periodized Base → Build → Peak → Taper.

  3. Can you beat your crew?

Every track shares the same Saturday benchmark. Whatever you're training, your time lands on the same board as everyone in your gym. Weakness work shouldn't mean training alone.

Three ways in.

Racing solo, training at a box, or coached by someone you found online — the 12-week shape is the same. What changes is where the programming comes from.

Same spine. Different weak spot.

Everyone in your gym runs the same weekly benchmark, so you can compare notes and race each other in training. The rest of the week bends toward what you personally need.

Your practice.
Your programming.
Your name on it.

For independent coaches and creators: no box, no lease, no front desk. You get the same machinery a gym does — a roster, a programming calendar, shared benchmarks — plus a storefront that reaches athletes who have no gym at all.

  1. Bring your athletes

Your practice has a join code exactly like a gym's. Athletes type it once and your programming becomes their week — on the phone they already train with.

  2. Program the individual

Race Lab ranks each athlete's eight stations against their own history and the crew median, names the weakness in a sentence, and lets you set that athlete's focus track for their next cycle — without taking them off the shared Saturday benchmark.

  3. Sell it to the rest

Publish a program to the marketplace and athletes anywhere can subscribe monthly. Checkout, entitlements, and payouts are ours; the coaching stays yours.

Solo coach plans — seats are the athletes on your roster.

Marketplace subscribers are priced by you and don't take a roster seat; Race Lab keeps a platform fee on what they pay.

For gyms and programming partners: your members join with one code. You see who trained, who's slipping, and how the crew stacks up on shared benchmarks — from a coach dashboard built for a Saturday-morning glance, not a spreadsheet. White-label licensing available for programming providers.
